Another round of sketches, still done fairly fast. The last one of the old man took some time only because of all the dark patches, but overall fairly fast.



Also, here is a hipster chimp.

A Sort of Freedom

I'm not sure why I never did it before...it's a sort of fear I propose, of mine anyway, a fear of drawing something that looks so horrible and incoherent to true anatomy or physical objects.

Today I went on a scribble spree, I made lines, pen constantly laying down ink in scuffs, and when the dust cleared I found I liked what I saw better than my normal sketches or studies. However, it doesn't seem to work yet with drawing from things I can physically see, I do best in this style if I'm drawing from my mind.

Most of these took from 10-45 seconds with no initial layout pass.
